Refund Policy

At Jelly Tech Storm, we offer services such as POS systems and website development. Our refund and exchange policy for these services is as follows

Standard Refund Terms

Services purchased from Jelly Tech Storm may be refunded only if canceled within 5 days of the date of the transaction.

Note: If a client’s actions are found to violate applicable laws or Jelly Tech Storm’s Terms of Service, any payments made to Jelly Tech Storm will not be refunded.

For the purpose of this Refund Policy, the “date of the transaction” means the date of purchase of any service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by Jelly Tech Storm in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable service agreement (Terms of Use). You may cancel a service at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the refund time frame specified for the applicable service, if available at all.

Damage & Claims

Note: Some services have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some services that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such services:

  • POS Systems: Refund requests for POS systems must be made within 5 days of purchase.
  • Accounts Managemeny System Refund requests for Accounts Management systems must be made within 5 days of purchase.
  • Website Development Services: Refunds for website development services will be considered based on the stage of the project at the time of the refund request. If significant work has been completed, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Jelly Tech Storm.
  • Custom Software Development: Due to the bespoke nature of custom software development, these services are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
